NONSO AMADI
Nonso Amadi is a JUNO Award–nominated Nigerian-born, Canada-based Afro-R&B singer, songwriter, and producer. A leading voice in the Alte movement, he draws from R&B and Afrobeats to craft a fluid, storytelling-driven style that bridges continents. He broke through with "Tonight," named by Billboard as one of the Top 50 Best Afrobeats Songs of All Time, before releasing his debut album When It Blooms in 2023, which surpassed 100 million streams and earned him a JUNO nomination for Contemporary R&B Recording of the Year. In 2024, he released a collaborative album with Emotional Oranges and embarked on a European tour. In 2025, he dropped To Cry A Flood, a six-track EP with standout tracks "PILLOW" and "DIVE IN" charting in Nigeria and on Billboard's U.S. Afrobeats chart.
